Our Texts, and How to Stop Them.

What We Text

• When you book a demo with us, we text a confirmation to the mobile number you give for meeting reminders, then reminders a day and an hour before the demo. If you book on a call with Clara, that's the number you're calling from, unless you give her another.
• When you text (217) 860-6969, Clara, our AI receptionist, texts you back. She can answer questions about ClaraPicksUp and move or cancel your demo.
• If you get in touch about setting up Clara, by calling or texting (217) 860-6969 or through the form on our website, we may send you a few texts about it, such as a link to book a demo.

You never have to agree to texts to buy anything from us.

How Often, and What It Costs

Message frequency varies. A booking usually means three texts, follow-ups are a few texts at most, and Clara only replies when you've texted her.

We don't charge for our texts, but message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping Texts

Reply STOP to any text from us, at any time, and we'll stop texting you. You'll get one last text to confirm it. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. If you change your mind, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Privacy

We never sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never share your text opt-in or consent with anyone. The service providers that help us run our calls, texts and bookings handle your number only to provide those services.
