What we collect, and why.

What we collect

When you fill in the form on our homepage, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, email, phone number and, if you choose to share them, your industry, weekly call volume and message.

Alongside a form submission we store which page and campaign link it came from, your browser's user agent, and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We use the hash only to stop the form from being spammed. We never store the IP address itself.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about setting up Clara for your business, and for nothing else. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run this site (hosting, database and email).

Calling the demo line

When you call Clara's demo line, the call is handled by our voice AI provider and may be recorded and transcribed. We use recordings to check and improve how Clara handles calls. Please don't share sensitive personal information on a demo call.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Reply to any message you've had from us, or send the form on our homepage with your request in the message field, and we'll take care of it.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below.
